The spacious rooms and minimalistic design created a tranquil atmosphere, complemented by stunning views of the caldera and sunset. While the private pools and outdoor areas were a highlight, I found the kitchen facilities lacking; The outdated appliances and insufficient kitchenware detracted from the experience. Housekeeping services did not consistently meet expectations, with missed bed-making and replenishment of toiletries. The staff's professionalism shone through. The warm welcome at check-in, especially from Sandy, set a positive tone. Assistance with car hire, tours, and restaurant bookings was exemplary. While the Villas offers a lovely setting for a holiday, potential guests should weigh the luxurious setting against the areas needing improvement. A balanced approach will ensure a delightful stay.
